Candidates should
submit the certified copies of educational record, identity card, domicile,
back certificate along with their application within 15 days from the issue of
advertisement to the Section Officer Secretariat Public Health (Administration)
Block No. 10 First Floor Chahatar Muzaffarabad. Candidates should appear before
the Recruitment Committee on 14-06-2024 along with the original documents for
the interview, no separate Call letter will not be issued to the candidate.
Govt and semi-govt employees
should send applications through their department. Daily Allowance will not be
given for traveling to and from the interview. The age limit for the applicant
of these posts is minimum 2 years and maximum 40 years. Incomplete and applications
received after the due date will not be considered.
A postal order amount of
Rs.500 will be required along with the application.
