PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION:
1. As per the instruction of Hon'ble High Court
of Sindh, initial test for post at S.No.1 and 2 shall be conducted through
Sukkur IBA Testing Service and interested candidates for the post of S.No.1 and
2 may submit online applications against each post at https://apply.sts.net.pk Helpline: 071-5644200; Email: sts@iba-suk.edu.pk
2. After submission of online applications,
candidate may download system generated Challan of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen
Hundred Only) and deposit it in any branch of ABL Bank Limited. (The Challan
fee is non-refundable).
3. Candidates for the Post of Serial No.01
& 02 only are required to upload CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, one recent
Photograph, NOC (in case of Government Servant) and Academic Documents at STS
Online Portal. Candidates with disability are required to upload CNIC having
wheel-chair logo issued by NADRA.
4. From serial No.03 to 08 all the candidates
are required to send their applications along with attested copies of
Educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, PRC, 02 passport size photographs by
post or by hand should reach the Office of the Honorable District &
Sessions Judge, Karachi East on or before 20.06.2024 till 01:00 pm.
Applications will arrive after office hours will not be entertained.
5. Female candidates should also be provided
equal opportunity to participate, hence, they may also apply for the above
captioned vacant posts.
6. 5% quota reserved for candidates with
disabilities.
7. 20% quota reserved for children of
deceased/retired/serving employees of Judicial District East.
8. Separate application form may be filed/sent
for each post, if applying for more than one posts.
9. Government servants should apply through
proper channel. Maximum age limit for Civil Servants applying through
10. proper channel is 30 years. Overage
candidates may also apply subject to relaxation by the Hon'ble Chief Justice,
Hon'ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi, if they qualify for appointment.
11. No TA/ DA will be paid for appearing in
test/interview.
12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called
for test/interview.
13. The candidates, at the time of interview,
should bring along with them their of original documents.
14. The decision of the Selection Committee
shall be final.
15. The last date of submission of applications is
20.06.2024.
16. Incomplete job applications will not be
entertained and will be rejected without assigning any reason.
17. In case of any omission or
misrepresentation, the candidature can be cancelled at any stage of the
recruitment process.
18. Applications received in view of
advertisement dated 22.12.2020 and 15.06.2023 will be considered with this advertisement.
Hence those applicants should not apply for these posts again.
