PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION:-
1. Interested candidates
having domicile of Sindh Province may submit online applications at https://sindhhighcourt.gov.pk/jobportal/
on or before 25th May, 2024. Only those
candidates who are unable to apply online, may apply through prescribed
Application Form available with this advertisement along with attested copies
of educational document (s), CNIC, Domicile & P.R.C, two passport size
photographs & valid Driving License (only for the posts of Driver and
Dispatch Rider) through courier to the Registrar, Sindh High Court, Court Road,
Karachi or candidate may directly submit application in the Dispatch Branch of
High Court of Sindh, Karachi on or before 25th May, 2024.
2. Candidates may
download the prescribed application form from the official website of this
Court. Information claimed in job application shall be treated as final.
3.
Those candidates who
provide incorrect / incomplete information, their candidature shall be liable
to rejection.
4.
Separate job
application may be filled for each post, if applying for more than one post.
5. Candidates are advised
to select the place of posting carefully. Subsequent request for change/
transfer for place of posting after final selection by the Selection Committee
shall not be entertained.
6. After test / exam /
initial scrutiny; candidates who are on high merit position in respective
quota, would be asked to furnish the attested copies of requisite documents.
7. From requisition of
documents it should not be presumed that the candidate has been shortlisted for
interview as his/her eligibility is to be determined in view of documents and
merit position.
8.
High Court reserves
the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts throughout the
process of selection.
9.
Special quota shall be
observed as per rules/policy, where applicable (Women, Disabled/Special
Persons, Minorities, Deceased/Son quota etc.)
10. Government Servants are required to apply through proper channel;
otherwise, their candidature would not be accepted. Such facts should be
indicated in application form.
11. Relaxation in age limit would be considered if the
applicant qualifies through whole process and that too on case to case, basis
on merits.
12. Only shortlisted suitable / qualified candidates will be
called for test / interview.
13. No T.A/D.A will be paid to any candidate for appearing in
test/interview.
14. The dates for written test / interview and results will be
announced on the website of this Court from time to time.
