Method of Application
1. Interested and
eligible hopefuls after reading and understanding the following conditions and
instructions apply online at the website of Heavy Industries Taxila https://hit.gov.pk/ after taking a printout of the application form along with all
educational certificates, domicile certificate, CNIC, Along with photocopies of
recent photographs and experience certificates to Parcel Officer,
Administration Directorate Heavy Industries Taxila Cantt Post Code Candidate's
age educational qualification and experience will be counted up to the last
date of receipt of applications and further till the receipt of applications.
Minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years send to (47070)
(No application will be received without application form).
2. Experience
(where required) means experience acquired after the required minimum
educational/professional qualification (declaration of results) as per the
prevailing norms of the government, relaxation will be given in the upper age
limit. Also: All candidates will get a five-year discount while retired from
armed forces will get this discount added to the already given limit.
3. Persons
with Exemplary Character of the Armed Forces will be eligible to apply, while
those discharged on disciplinary grounds (Deserted) will not be eligible to
apply. Employees
of government institutions should submit their applications through departmental
channels and have to submit the NOC issued by the institution at the time of
interview. Eligibility/selection of the candidate may be rejected or canceled
at any stage in case of concealment of any information/facts
(educational/experience or other).
4. The test and interview for
the posts of BPS 17 and 18 will be held only in HIT Taxila Cantt, while for
other posts, apart from Taxila Cantt, the test interview will also be held in
Quetta and Karachi, but only candidates with Sindh domicile in Karachi and only
Balochistan in Quetta. Candidate Posts of BPS-17 to 18 of Domicile will be able
to take the test for HIT while earlier HIT employees will be able to take the
test only in Taxila Cantt.
5. For
BPS one to five scale posts, local aspirants and children of employees of the
institute will be given preference and their test interviews will be held at
HIT Taxila Cantt only. Any application after the specified date will not be
accepted and furthermore, for technical posts, if the applicant does not write
the name of the post and technology, the application will be rejected. The
organization reserves the right to increase or decrease the advertised
vacancies and to fill or not fill any vacancy. Only eligible candidates should
be invited. No TADA will be given.
6.
Disability certificate issued by Govt must be attached for recruitment under
disabled quota otherwise the application will be rejected. The last date of
receipt of applications shall be considered fifteen (15) days after publication
of advertisement.
